As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions and adding genuine value to clients across Australia.
The day-to-day will involve supporting senior brokers with account management, servicing existing accounts, and working with prospective clients to grow the client base.
* Support senior brokers with day-to-day account management across aviation clients.
* Assist with servicing existing accounts while also working with prospective clients to grow the client base.
* Deal with insurers on a daily basis to facilitate the placement of insurance and manage ongoing policy changes as required.
* Manage client contact and deliver a high level of personalized service across Australia.
* Build strong and trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
* Represent the business professionally and enthusiastically during client visits and industry networking.
* Collaborate with international insurance markets to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the team by being hands-on and collaborative.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies.

Requirements
Experience in aviation insurance is highly advantageous, though candidates with strong industry interest and transferable skills will be considered.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment.
Proficiency with insurance systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
Tier 1 broking qualification is required.
