**Property Team Leader**:

**The Organisation**

The organisation is a Specialist Non-bank Lender and Mortgage Manager who exists to support SME's by providing fast and reliable alternative funding.

**The Position**

Reporting to the General Manager, this opportunity will suit a valuer (CPV) who is looking to advance their career.

The role will be responsible for managing a team who assess properties, which are provided as mortgage security.

Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team in undertaking a broad range of valuations - multi-sector and national
- Conduct training and workshops, providing mentoring and feedback
- Delegate tasks, and oversee property research job workflow, setting appropriate timelines to meet company SLA and turnaround times
- Overseeing and managing day-to-day team operations, suggesting improvements to increase department efficiency and productivity
- Recognising good performance and providing feedback to management to encourage or reward
- Organising team-building activities and events
- Extensive property research (using various data systems such as RP Data, E-Valuer)
- Estimate property or land values for sale or rental purposes
- Complete second sign offs as required as a Senior Property Analyst
- Producing any reports required relating to Property as and when requested by Management
- Opportunity to assist in all facets related to the compilation of various types of valuation reports and advice over a range of property types
- Compile and verify market evidence for reports

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance or related field -preferred
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) -preferred
- Member of the Australian Property Institute
- Proven ability to identify, assess and manage risk with a sensitivity to commercial consideration
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Well-developed IT and computer skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to produce valuation reports of a high quality and within timeframes
