We are seeking an experienced SMSF Administration specialist to join our growing team at Hudson Financial Partners in Milton, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive SMSF administration services to our clients, with a focus on utilising the BGL software platform to ensure accurate and efficient management of their Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.
What you'll be doing
* Process all SMSF transactions, including contributions, pension payments, and investment purchases/sales
* Prepare and lodge annual SMSF financial statements and tax returns
* Manage all SMSF compliance and regulatory requirements
* Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any queries
* Collaborate with our financial planning and accounting teams to provide integrated services to SMSF clients
* Continuously improve SMSF administration processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 years' experience in SMSF administration, preferably using the BGL software platform
* Strong knowledge of SMSF legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in preparing SMSF financial statements and tax returns
* Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
