Category Strategy - Analysing data using Circana (Iri), Nielsen, Aztec scan/panel and Quantium to draw insights and trends in the market.
Range Reviews - Lead range reviews for the portfolio.
NPD - Influencing and engaging internal stakeholders to ensure the best results happen.
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience working with multiple datasets to analyse performance and category within FMCG/Retail
- Consumer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights into successful product strategies.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in managing complex projects and working with stakeholders at various levels.
