What to know about this role
As a Senior Property Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You will:
* Complete day to day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing outstanding client service.
* Liaising with owners, building rapport and relationships.
* Handling maintenance, and tenant communications.
* Leveraging our support including a dedicated leasing agent and overseeing the conduct of inspections with the support of dedicated inspections managers.
* Working closely with our business development team members to onboard new managements
* Providing mentorship and guidance to property managers and assistants.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, and contractors.
* Leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
* Collaborating with a team of industry experts to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You'll Need
* At least 3+ years of property management experience.
* A current WA Property Management registration and driver's license.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong knowledge of WA tenancy laws and regulations.
* A proactive, client-focused mindset and the ability to thrive and leverage our support through delegation.
