The role

We are looking for someone to work in a part-time capacity 2-3 days a week. Ideally you must have the experience and personality for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in knowing more about working in the property sector. Enjoy a friendly and supportive work environment and flexible hours of work (by mutual agreement). You will be paid relevant to the hours worked.

The Role

  • All-rounder, ideally with experience/interest in the property sector
  • Previous local experience in a business/office environment is a valuable attribute
  • Able to provide top-level professional service
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft 365 suite
  • Process invoices, maintenance requests, inspection runs
  • Familiar with general office telephone protocols
  • Communicate with Landlords and Tenants
  • Schedule appointments
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English

Job Type

Part-time

Pay: $48,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
