About the RoleJoin a leading waterfront destination and iconic Marina, where you'll be required to manage the daily tasks and operations of the marina.
You will be closely supported by our group senior management, whilst being autonomous in your day to day activities.Previous boating, nautical and marina knowledge will be required for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Handle customer enquiries via face-to-face, phone, and email using Harbour Assist and Microsoft Office.Oversee marina bookings, berth allocation, and high-end superyacht coordination.Conduct monthly billing, manage sublet berth credits, utility readings, and bank reconciliations.Process accounts payable, ensuring accurate coding and documentation.Maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and customer experience on the marina.MarketingDesign promotional materials and manage social media, newsletters, and website content.Capture and edit high-quality video and photography content.Plan and execute events, campaigns, and strategic partnerships with local stakeholders.Vessel and superyacht knowledge is highly desirable.Ideal Candidate: You\'re highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and have a excellent personality.
