Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication support.
* Provide domestic assistance, such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Offer social support and transport for shopping, medical appointments, and social activities.
* Ensure the safe use of mobility aids and equipment, such as hoists, walkers, and wheelchairs.
* Support clients with complex and challenging needs.
* Monitor client well-being and report changes or concerns.
* Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
What You'll Need
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care.
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if relevant).
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or Criminal Police Check.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
* Australian Driver's Licence.
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
* Smartphone with internet access.
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check) preferred.
