Chandler Macleod are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Field Officer for our client based in M ildura. This is a hands-on role supporting materials management, inventory control, and contractor coordination to ensure projects and customer service levels are delivered on time and to standard.
This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are available, compliant, and accurately recorded to meet GSLs, project timeframes, and audit requirements.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Managing all material movement and storage in line with OH&S guidelines and regulations
* Coordinating and supervising contractors loading and unloading materials on site
* Ensuring materials handling equipment is maintained and compliant with relevant codes and standards
* Maintaining accurate records in line with audit and delegation of authority requirements
* Performing accurate data entry and retrieval within SAP and other systems
* Providing guidance to customers on effective SAP use to support supply chain and project needs
* Maintaining Material Requirements Planning (MRP) views to meet Local Emergency Stock (LES) and business targets
* Proactively sourcing materials and tailoring solutions to achieve the best outcomes
* Conducting stock checks, investigating discrepancies, and managing stock adjustments, write-offs, and reporting
* Ensuring material availability to support operational and project delivery requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or materials management environment
* Dogman/Dogger ticket (preferred but not essential)
* Experience using SAP or a similar warehouse management system
* A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
