Senior Civil Designer – Urban Development
We’re looking for a Senior Civil Designer – Urban Development to join our Brisbane team. This is a senior position where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, creative design solutions for a broad portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and producing detailed civil design for roads, drainage, earthworks, water, sewer, and utilities.
- Reviewing and improving design processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to create fully integrated design solutions.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior designers and engineers.
- Supporting the preparation of tenders, proposals, and project budgets.
- Representing Egis in client and authority meetings to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in Urban Development.
- Advanced skills in 12D and CAD.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
