Ventora Group, a leading manufacturer of windows and building products, is seeking an experienced Glazier to join their team.
The Role
* Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team in Western Sydney.
* Develop and maintain high standards of glazing in factory and site environments.
* Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement.
About You
* Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar environment is essential.
* A Certificate III in Glass and Glazing is mandatory.
* Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation are required.
* Excellent communication skills and a focus on Zero Harm at all times are expected.
Key Responsibilities
1. Train and guide the team in best practices and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
2. Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility.
