About the Role:
Quality, Safety and Governance (QSG) supports the delivery of CHS' strategic approach to patient safety and quality systems with a focus on continuous improvement. The QSG portfolio includes National Standards and Improvement, Incident Management, Clinical Analytics and Insights, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance, Medico Legal, Corporate Records, Policy and Strategy, and Strategic Communications.
The Quality and Safety Project Officer will support the organisation with system wide improvements to enhance the safety and quality of care we provide. This includes the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, managing resources and timelines, drafting documents, delivering education and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and are successful.

* Health Professional Officer Level 4: $127,597 to $141,511
* Senior Officer Grade C: $127,597 to $136,873
* Registered Nurse Grade 3.1: $128,458 to $133,489
* Registrar Level 1-2: $125,473 to $135,446
* The position will be required to work hybrid and flexibly across Canberra Health Service locations.
* A merit pool may be established from this recruitment process to appoint to future vacancies over the next 12 months.
