About this role:
Job Description
The Learning Enhancement and Support (LES) Coordinator plays a key role in providing high-level administrative support to the Director of LES, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
* Provide administrative support to the Director, including diary management, budget tracking, and resourcing.
* Manage incoming calls and correspondence for the Director.
* Collect and store student information confidentially and safeguard school privacy.
* Manage student files, copy and file correspondence as needed.
* Distribute general communications with parents and the school community on eVI news and email.
* Schedule and oversee Special Provisions for assessments and examinations in the Senior Years, including data entry and supervision.
* Update student data in Synergetic, collaborating with the Database Manager.
* Oversee the Senior Years Academic Coaching Program, maintaining booking systems and tracking attendance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Ability to contribute to an inclusive environment;
* Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when handling student and school information;
* Demonstrated experience with rostering, timetabling, and attendance records.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Proactive, organised, and solution-focused, with strong digital literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Current VIT registration or Working with Children Check Card (or capacity to obtain).
* Relevant qualification in administrative support, education support, or health and wellbeing of children and young people.
