Responsibilities
* Lead a large retail team by managing and inspiring them.
* Mentor, inspire and uplift team members.
* Communicate openly and friendly to foster approachability with customers and staff.
* Drive sales, meet KPI’s and budget targets for a large store.
* Maintain a safety‑first environment focused on zero harm for customers and staff.
Qualifications
* Experienced retail people leader capable of managing a large team.
* Confident decision‑maker and proactive communication skills.
* Strong focus on customer service and team engagement.
* Experience in achieving sales targets, KPI’s and budgets.
* Commitment to safety and zero harm policies.
