We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to specialise in Property Development & Construction.

* This role requires a strong business developer who can nurture current clients, as well as create opportunities.
* Grow and develop business in the Property Development & Construction sectors.
* Nurture client relationships and deliver value to both clients and candidates.

* Curiosity & Ability to deliver for clients
* Passion for the Real Estate, Property, Development & Construction Industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships
* Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved
* A background in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development or Account Management
