Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to staff and customers with precision farming and application technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide structured support via a dedicated support centre for precision farming and application equipment.
* Develop and deliver training materials for internal and external sessions.
* Liaise with global teams to gather and share up-to-date technical information.
* Create reference materials and implement sustainable processes for the Ag Technology department.
* Perform remote diagnostics and support using telematics tools.
* Assist internal departments with remote diagnosis and repair of technology systems.
* Support and maintain the company's RTK network.
Requirements:
You will need strong experience in agriculture, technology, or precision farming, solid computer literacy and familiarity with common software platforms, mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude, self-motivation and a genuine drive to deliver outstanding customer service, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
