Human Resources Lead
The key objective of this role is to spearhead the HR function and drive outstanding outcomes across the entire employee lifecycle.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
* Manage employment documentation, compliance, and organisational policies.
* Lead initiatives for psychosocial safety and wellbeing programs.
* Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety, fair work, anti-money laundering/countering financing of terrorism, and fire safety obligations.
* Provide strategic HR insights to senior leadership and the board.
* Foster a positive organisational culture aligned with our core values.
You will lead a small team and collaborate closely with managers to facilitate effective people management and organisational development.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management are highly regarded.
* Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in HR systems (HR software) is essential.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results-driven outcomes.
