Motorbike Mechanic – Shepparton Motorcycles
Providing professional and courteous customer service to our motorcycle owners
Accurately diagnosing and estimating repair costs for motorcycle servicing and maintenance
Communicating with customers to provide regular updates on the status of their motorcycle repairs
Efficiently processing warranty claims and liaising with manufacturers to ensure timely resolution
Maintaining detailed records of all service and warranty work performed
Parts interpretation
Supporting the wider service and parts team as needed to ensure smooth operations
Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with warranty claims management software
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
