You'll get full training and support while working in a dynamic and fun working environment.The Position:Casual, part time and full time positions availablePrepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and eventsUphold catering standards, comply with OH&S; and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reductionSupport kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controlsProvide exceptional customer service during all interactionsThe Person:Head Chef:Competitive salaryA hands-on role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading your team to deliver exceptional daily meals and eventsOversee catering and stock controls, ensuring OH&S; and HACCP compliance with a strong focus on waste reductionManage food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processesChampion food safety and quality, with attention to allergens and dietary requirementsChef:$34 per hourCertificate III in Commercial CookeryProven experience in large commercial kitchens.Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.Cook:$27.5 per hourExperience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in high-volume settings.Good understanding of basic food safety, hygiene, and kitchen protocols (HACCP knowledge desirable).
