Position
* Lead and support the team throughout daily morning shifts
* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
* Support the Cook with daily kitchen operations
* Utilise Compass systems for inventory management, rostering etc.
Location: Recent business district, Maroochydore.
Person
* Local to Maroochydore
* Reliable personal transport preferred
* Intermediate administrative skills; experience with a rostering tool (such as Deputy) is a plus
* Food handling experience; Food Safety Supervisor certification advantageous
* Skilled in managing customer and client relationships
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing small hospitality teams
* Well-groomed and professional in appearance
