About the Role
* Position: Clinical Nurse (Aged Care)
* Employment Type: Permanent, 72 hours per fortnight
* Location: Northern Tasmania
* Pay Rate: Up to $57 per hour (depending on experience)
* Incentives: Temporary accommodation and $3,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
* Ensure high-quality resident care and support best practice standards throughout the facility
* Contribute to assessments and care planning
* Mentor staff and promote a person‑centred approach in all aspects of care delivery
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years' RN experience in aged care, or previous Clinical Nurse experience
* Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and decision‑making skills
* A commitment to providing high‑quality, person‑centred care
* Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
