About the role The Customer Service and Administration Support Officer provides high-quality administrative support and front-line customer service by triaging customer enquiries on a wide range of agricultural, natural resource management, biosecurity, emergency management and other management issues. We are looking for an individual who can:
* Deliver consistent, high-quality front-line customer service, including advice, issue escalation, and secure information management.
* Collaborate with team members on projects and share up-to-date knowledge to enhance customer service.
* Manage receivables, including cash handling, debt recovery, invoicing, and financial reconciliations per agency standards.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across systems, records, landholder data, events, fleet, finance, and correspondence.
* Offer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement in customer and admin services.
* Support customer service plans, feedback handling, and stakeholder engagement to promote LLS functions.
* Undertake designated roles in biosecurity emergency responses at local and state levels.
