Job Description
The role of Delivery Operations Manager involves leading a team to deliver exceptional results, prioritizing safety, service, and cost. This is a leadership position within our delivery frontline operation.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level advice and support coordination to assist the Delivery Manager and facility staff.
* Drive performance and process improvement initiatives.
* Assist in implementing and monitoring all facets of Diversity and Occupational Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
* Assist with the processing and delivery of letters and parcels as needed.
* Coach and where necessary conduct performance conversations.
This requires strong leadership and team building experience, as well as coaching and mentoring skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A current motorcycle licence (provisional or full).
* Motivated and able to bring out the best in people under your leadership.
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
* Proven experience of prioritizing, planning and scheduling.
* Ability to be flexible during periods of change.
