Customer Experience Champion
As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences through our NZ Life Insurance Sales team. We are seeking individuals who share our passion for providing amazing customer interactions and want to build a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities:
* Be comfortable communicating effectively with customers over the phone
* Support your colleagues as a dedicated team player
* Have resilience and tenacity to achieve your performance goals
You will work in a fun, team-based call centre environment, using your excellent communication skills to position great products relevant to customers' needs. Our 8-hour rotating shift between 6am and 6pm allows for a healthy work-life balance.
