Clinical Nurse

We're seeking a Clinical Nurse to join a supportive and values-driven team in Toowoomba. This is a full-time position, with a leading provider that genuinely values its staff and residents.
About this role:
Full-time role with AM shifts from Sunday-Thursday
Competitive rates : $***** + Super (hourly rate based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, including managing complex needs, wound care, dementia, and palliative care
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to nurses and care staff
Conduct assessments, develop and review individualised care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements
Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic, person-centred care
Champion continuous improvement, risk management, and a safe, respectful workplace culture
Key Requirements / Skills
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' clinical experience, preferably in aged care
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident- and family-focused approach
Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
