Job Description
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for driving cost efficiencies and performance uplift through deep analysis of freight spend, route efficiency, and transport methods. You will own freight analytics and monthly financial outcomes across Supply Chain, deliver deep-dive analysis to identify cost efficiencies and performance uplift, lead budgeting and forecasting for freight, supply chain, and SLOBs, develop and maintain freight-related master data and reporting tools, build a Cost to Serve model to support strategic decision-making, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement and automation across reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Own freight analytics and monthly financial outcomes across Supply Chain
* Deliver deep-dive analysis to identify cost efficiencies and performance uplift
* Lead budgeting and forecasting for freight, supply chain, and SLOBs
* Develop and maintain freight-related master data and reporting tools
* Build a Cost to Serve model to support strategic decision-making
* Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Champion continuous improvement and automation across reporting processes
Requirements
You will need:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar finance or analytics role
* CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Business, Commerce, Analytics or related field
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
* Advanced Excel and SAP skills; Power BI experience preferred
* Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Experience with data systems such as SQL, IBP, TM1, BW
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage complexity
