Remuneration: $124,343 - $137,251 pa HEW Level 08 (plus 17% employer superannuation)
Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of academic misconduct investigators and advisers to ensure that investigations and recommendations are evidence-based, proportionate, and trauma-informed, and aligned with the University's regulations, policies and procedures.
* Implement and oversee strategic projects; develop and review policy and procedure to ensure they are fit for purpose and in response to external regulatory requirements and in accordance with University Statutes, regulations, policies and procedures.
* Implement and monitor clear, relevant, and outcome-focused KPIs for the academic misconduct and integrity function in line with organisational objectives and team functions.
Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Prior experience in, and knowledge of, University student misconduct processes would be highly regarded.
