About the Role
As our Salon Manager you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring a high standard of 5 star service, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Greet guests warmly and guide them through their visit
* Maintain the serene and polished presentation of the space
* Manage and mentor a team of head spa Therapists and a Salon Coordinator
* Ensure operational efficiency
* Oversee stock management and product ordering
* Roster management - create and manage the Therapist team roster
* Work with head office to maximise sales strategy for the salon

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer-facing reception role, ideally in a salon, spa, or wellness environment
* Experience managing a roster
* Impeccable grooming and presentation
* A calm, organised multitasker with incredible attention to detail
* Strong customer service instincts and a genuine passion for wellness
* Experience with Zenoti or Fresha is a bonus (but not essential)
* Experience using Google docs including Google Sheets
