The Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS) is a specialist network providing vital care across a vast and diverse region. Our Rockhampton-based teams, including the Older Persons Inpatient Unit and Community Services Team, serve as the clinical hub for Central Queensland. About the role:
* Deliver advanced psychological assessments and therapy for older persons.
* Provide clinical supervision and leadership to psychologists and staff.
* Contribute to the strategic development of psychological services.
* Facilitate evidence-based group programs and individual interventions.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.
About you:
* You hold general registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
* You possess advanced clinical knowledge in older persons mental health.
* You have high-level interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
* You can provide formal clinical supervision to staff and tertiary students.
* You are able to implement policies and drive evidence-based practice.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $13,113 p.m. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $ $69.55 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
