**What success looks like in this role**:
**_High-Level Description: _**_Position will be a Subject Matter expert on security mgmt. topics including Antivirus management, Encryption and Data leak prevention. Hands on experience like Next gen AV tools is preferred. Threat intel advisory, outbreak management are the essential skills in the role _
**_Responsibilities and Accountabilities: _**
- _8 to 11 years of experience in managing Symantec Endpoint protection & Microsoft Defender skills _
- _Additional knowledge on tools like CrowdStrike, Carbon Black etc _
- _Monitor the AV & Encryption console and perform daily health checks. _
- _Ensure periodic update of definitions & client health _
- _Compliance on Antivirus and encryption _
- _Update all the operational documents. _
- _Maintain a knowledge base for all issues. _
- _Respond / Resolve to Security incident _
- _Rollout of reports as per the SLA template / Frequency _
- _Perform outbreak management _
- _Upgrade AV & Encryption tool set _
- _Participate in weekly team meetings to share the progress made on various task _
- _Hands on migration from legacy Antivirus tools to Next Gen-AV is an added advantage. _
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**_Necessary skills: _**
- _Very good knowledge of Various Next-Gen security solutions like MS defender ATP, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike etc _
- _Very good knowledge of error analysis of Microsoft operating systems Windows 10 & 11 _
- _Good knowledge in the topics SQL, SQL Reporting _
- _Good knowledge in Script languages (PowerShell and VBS) _
- _Good knowledge in the topics ITIL and process management _
- _Strong analytical skills, structured working methods and problem-solving skills _
- _Microsoft certifications desirable _
- _High level of customer orientation and willingness to perform _
- _High quality awareness and a strong focus on services _
