Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Field Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.
This position involves responding to and repairing equipment breakdowns at customer sites, including glass door coolers, air curtain coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, and frozen beverage equipment.
* Travel requirements: Up to 3 weeks of away work per year.
* Region: Newcastle based, with the possibility of working in the Central Coast, Port Macquarie area, and Hunter Valley.

* Providing quality customer service and timely and accurate equipment service.
* Adhering to standard processes and accurate data entry.
* Participating in maintaining and developing technical skills.
* Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself, colleagues, customers, and consumers.
* Displaying ownership over allocated projects when required.
Requirements
* Educational qualifications: Electrical or Refrigeration Trade qualifications (flexible).
* Positive attitude and team player.
* Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers.
* Competent time management and organizational capabilities.
