Administration Officer – Acute & Continuing Care Team (ACCT)

Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol

About the role

The Acute & Continuing Care Team (ACCT) provides support and treatment for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis and those needing ongoing mental health care. These teams work to stabilize individuals during acute episodes, prevent hospital admissions when possible, and facilitate recovery through community-based support

The position is operationally responsible to the Team Leader of the ACCT however the successful applicant will be required to work closely with and support the range of teams and team leaders located at the Curran Centre.

The role includes general administrative duties including but not limited to, answering phones, supporting consumers, carers and service providers on their arrival to the Curran Centre.

Some of the Administrative support specific to the Team Leader including minute taking and assisting with other computer software applications such as Health Roster and Recruitment processes. The position is also required to assist with monthly auditing, processing legal requests, entering data and other duties related to this role.

The position is based at the Curran Centre Monday to Friday business hours.
