Job Purpose
The Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Lead is responsible for the governance, strategy, development, and implementation of all UGL Regional Linx stakeholder and community engagement activities, plus internal communications. The purpose of the role is to strengthen UGL Regional Linx’s relationships with employees (current and potential), the client, and the communities in which UGL Regional Linx operates and meet and exceed contract KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the Stakeholder Management Plan aligned to the deed including associated stakeholder mapping and procedures.
* Enable integration and collaboration with other business functions within UGLRL.
* Directly liaises with TfNSW and key stakeholders on all stakeholder and community engagement matters.
* Lead the delivery of high-quality community and stakeholder engagement.
* Develop internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Develop outreach community programs and special projects that promote the UGLRL brand.
* Manage internal and external communication channels (e.g. website, social media, intranet).
* Manage media and community enquiries.
* Develop and maintain all branding standards, templates and toolkits for use across the business.
* Ensure brand alignment.
* Manage and lead Stakeholder Engagement and Communications team.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Business / Communications / Public Relations / Marketing.
* Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns within a complex matrix organisation will be considered favourably.
* A successful track record in managing internal communications within an organisation.
* Experience gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics or any other safety-critical environment is desirable.
