About the RoleAs a Community Care Physiotherapist, you will join our growing Allied Health Stream in playing a pivotal role in addressing the unique physical challenges encountered by our clients. This position provides the space for you to design your own caseload and working patterns.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality Physiotherapy clinical services, including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, individualized interventions, safe techniques/modalities, meticulous documentation, and effective communication.
* Organize and prioritize client caseload, adhering to established clinical protocols.
* Offer guidance and support to staff, clients, and carers regarding manual handling, patient mobility, and equipment usage.
* Prescribe and facilitate the provision of suitable aids and equipment.
* Develop and maintain physiotherapy care plans in alignment with service standards and processes.
* Stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in Community Care Physiotherapy through ongoing professional development.
* Work with the clients multidisciplinary health care team to create holistic and personalised goal focused treatments.
Ideal candidate
We are seeking an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with a deep commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional teamwork, communication skills, proactivity, empathy, and attention to detail.
Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist.
* Minimum one years' experience as a Physiotherapist ideally in Community Care or another autonomous environment.
* National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain one.
* Current Australian driver's license.
