* Maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and meet industry standards
* Supervising and mentoring junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant trade qualifications (MVTC)
* Experience in a similar leadership role with comparable responsibilities
* Minimum 3 - 5 years working as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to mentor and coach junior staff members
