About High-Growth Operations Role
A rapidly scaling Australian business is looking for a Head of Operations to lead post-sale operations.
This role involves building structure, refining workflows, ensuring customers are onboarded, supported, and retained at scale.
The ideal candidate will have helped scale a SaaS or hardware business from $2m to $20m ARR or $5m to $50m respectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and refining operations structure and workflows
* Onboarding and supporting customers at scale
* Managing a small operations team
* Coordinating fulfilment partners
* Supporting forecasting during rapid growth
Requirements:
* Self-awareness and low ego
* Experience in high-growth tech
* Ability to work under pressure and create structure without slowing down
* Solving problems and working across CS, support, logistics, and cross-functional teams
