We are currently seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue and maintaining relationships with specified customers within our Higher Education and University segment. They will represent the Salesforce team specifically focusing on education customers, demonstrating customer focus while leading all aspects of the sales process and customer relationship.
This is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the overall success of the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Territory and Account Planning: Develop and implement effective account strategies to achieve sales objectives, understanding higher education opportunities, customer priorities, and procurement cycles.
* Sales Management: Meet and exceed sales quotas by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities in the public sector.
* Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate a matrixed account team, including Sales Consultants, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing teams, to drive pipeline growth and customer success.
* Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to enhance account and territory plans.
* CRC Management: Track and manage customer and transaction information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast.

You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
