Job Title: Purchasing Specialist - Food and Beverage
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Coordinator in managing the purchasing requirements for the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and process purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
* Update purchase orders with amended delivery dates as required.
* Investigate and resolve outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
* Prepare and issue reports to improve the procurement process.
* Update supplier information and product details in the SAP system.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in supply chain or stock replenishment is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
* Highly developed problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is an advantage.
