Senior Event Coordinator – Wedding

Doltone House, proudly awarded the 2025 National Wedding Caterer of the Year, is seeking a motivated sales professional with event‑sales experience to join us as a Senior Weddings Event Coordinator.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end planning, design and execution of luxury weddings, including multicultural and ethnic celebrations.
* Lead menu consultations and coordinate detailed run sheets, ensuring seamless communication between operational and culinary teams.
* Liaise with suppliers to coordinate booking details and oversee logistics of bump‑in and bump‑out.
* Partner closely with clients to deliver a seamless, well‑managed planning process and exceptional event experience.
* Welcome clients on the event day, introduce the Operations team and coordinate any final adjustments with operations and culinary teams.
* Attend showcases and events as required, representing the Doltone House brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Weekend work may be required with a day off during the week.

Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a wedding events coordinator.
* Outstanding customer‑service skills and a genuine guest‑centered approach.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven ability to perform effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent time‑management and administration skills.
* Knowledge of Momentus Technologies is an advantage but not essential.
