About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Executive to spearhead national marketing campaigns.
* National Marketing Campaigns:
* Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, encompassing stakeholder engagement, strategy development, creative briefs, asset management, timelines, cross-functional coordination, and post-campaign analysis.
* Media Briefing and Buying:
* Brief and oversee media campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and the internal marketing team.
* Support media strategy formulation, budget allocation, and timeline management to ensure campaign success and deliver value.
* Internal Projects and Events:
* Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of Franchisee Summits, Restaurant Manager Conferences, and internal initiatives.
* Marketing Admin and Support:
* Ensure the smooth operation of the marketing function, including invoice processing, menu board updates, asset management, and brand compliance.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
* Previous marketing experience.
* In-house brand experience is highly regarded.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and openness to learning new tools.
* Project coordination or admin experience within a creative or marketing environment.
* Hospitality or food experience is a bonus, but not essential.
