The Desk
You'll be running a fast-paced blue-collar desk, primarily recruiting for:
* Forklift Operators
* Pick Packers
* Production & Process Operators
* Labourers
* MR & HR Drivers

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and building relationships with candidates and clients
* Running a 360 blue-collar desk (with initial BD support)
* Filling roles quickly and efficiently
* Maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates
* Growing your revenue and commission month on month

* Experience in blue-collar resourcing, candidate management, or recruitment consulting
* Self-motivated and commercially driven
