Dynamic Engineering Australia is a well-established engineering business specialising in industrial ventilation and air movement solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to strengthen our technical sales function.
About the role
· Manage inbound sales enquiries and prepare accurate technical quotations
· Support key wholesale and industrial customers
· Provide product and solution advice for standard and semi-custom equipment
· Liaise with sales and operations to ensure smooth order progression
· Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
· Perform logistics activities including picking, packing and dispatch.
About you
· Experience in internal sales, technical sales, or sales support (B2B / industrial preferred)
· Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
· Able to interpret technical information and provide practical solutions
· Basic technical literacy to understand product specifications and customer requirements
· Well organised and commercially minded
· Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience highly regarded
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system preferred
· Australian work rights essential
· Ventilation or air movement industry experience preferred but not required
