The Role
As Capability and Culture Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and project support across a diverse portfolio of people initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to help coordinate programs, maintain systems and contribute to initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and culture.
* Supporting the upcoming implementation of The Skills Academy, a new unified approach to public sector capability uplift.
* Assisting with the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System and Conflict of Interest Systems, including related processes and reporting.
* Coordinating corporate essential training for employees and managers, including Accountable and Ethical Decision Making and Managing Performance for Managers, and the delivery of leadership development opportunities.
* Contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives, including event coordination, staff communications and committee support (including minute taking).
* Assisting with youth employment initiatives, including our graduate and school-based traineeship programs.
