Responsibilities
* Build highly effective working relationships and rapport with the Enterprise and Wholesale Sales Teams
* Sales process checks and validations to support commercial close
* The ability to respond to customer requests for quotations
* Support for sales opportunity/order creation in CRM system (Salesforce)
* Accurate and efficient capture and detailing of assigned orders; order entry and processing as required; submission to delivery teams
* Triage order submission failures and on-hold orders requiring action on behalf of the sales team and manage to completion
* Monitoring of orders through delivery phase and to correct first bill
* Maintain a high standard of job-relevant knowledge across products, processes and system applications
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement - with a focus on adding value and efficiency gains
* Implementing new and modified Sales Administration procedures, processes and reporting.
Qualifications
* At least 3-5 years in similar role - experience in the Telco industry preferred
* High proficiency in Enterprise grade CRMs (Salesforce an advantage) and order entry systems
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High technical aptitude to understand complex ICT products
* Well-developed relationship building skills.
