The role:Reporting to the Repairs and Maintenance Manager, and as an integral member of the Site Engineering and Maintenance team, the primary purpose of the role is to ensure the Electrical team are providing a service to the Cool Off business to maintain production efficiencies and solutions to improve process going forward.In addition, all WHS and Compliance requirements must be recognised and followed in any works carried out by you and your team to ensure high standards are maintained and driven in a positive way.In conjunction with the Maintenance Leading Hand and Maintenance Team, work plans are developed and scheduled considering site production requirements, equipment performance and labour availability.Your key responsibilities will include:Oversee the completion of Electrical Maintenance works, ensuring all work is completed in an efficient and timely manner that meets both industry and Cool Off's quality and safety standardsTrack and report monthly KPI's on preventative and reactive maintenance work through the sites computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), including labour utilisation, unplanned downtime, and budget controlWork with the Production Team to develop and improve equipment process performanceSelection and management of a variety of external contractors as and when neededLead employees, allocate duties, provide direction on work, ensure the quality of works, monitor performance, plan and set out tasks, estimate timelines and meet deadlinesSkills, knowledge and experience requirements:Trade Qualified with experience in manufacturingExperience in leading a team within a maintenance department (desired)Sound knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems, with experience in developing and implementation of a site maintenance strategyBroad knowledge of Electrical systemsExcellent communication skills and adaptability, with a pro-active leadership approachExperience in building collaborative teams and coaching them to achieve manufacturing excellence targetsWhat we offer:Dynamic career opportunity with growth potentialFlexible work hoursCompetitive salary
