With operations spanning broadacre cropping, feed milling, poultry farming, egg grading and distribution, they have continued to grow and diversify significantly over the past 6o years. To support their ongoing growth in the industry, an experienced Construction Manager is required to join their established team in Yandilla, QLD. The Role As the Construction Manager, you will lead the planning, delivery, and supervision of construction projects, including new builds, refurbishments, capital upgrades, and a new state-of-the-art Poultry site consisting of multiple sheds and pack houses. This leadership-focused role oversees project execution, contractor supervision, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Key responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end construction project delivery Supervise teams of tradespeople, plant operators, and contractors Coordinate scheduling, procurement, and contractor negotiations Monitor budget and timelines, identifying risks and contingencies early Ensure all works comply with WHS, environmental and quality standards Contribute to continuous improvement strategies About You Our ideal candidate will have proven site leadership skills and a focus on quality, safety, and delivery. They will understand the challenges of rural project environments and thrive in a hands-off, management-focused role where they can take ownership of current and future developments.
