Where you'll make an impact
Oversee all operations of Staff Accommodation, ensuring rooms and facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained
Lead and develop your team, driving a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner with Maintenance, Construction and external contractors on refurbishments, capital works, and improvement projects
Monitor operational standards, health and hygiene inspections, and compliance with legislation and workplace regulations
Manage budgets, forecasts, and rent rate reviews – ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals
Drive innovation and efficiency through strong systems, policies, and reporting frameworks
Foster a resident-first culture – delivering exceptional service and engagement to our diverse island workforce
What we're looking for
You're a confident and capable leader with strong operational management experience in accommodation, facilities, or hospitality.
You balance people leadership with process discipline, and you're at your best when coordinating complex operations while building strong relationships across departments.
To be successful, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
Valid open unrestricted drivers licence
Minimum 5 years' management experience in accommodation or facilities operations, ideally within a remote or large-scale environment
Strong financial management skills – budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Knowledge of RTA and relevant property legislation (PRDRE module completion highly regarded)
Project management experience in operational or capital works initiatives
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
