Certificate III in Commercial Cookery; or
- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
- Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Managment
- Current employed in the hospitality Industry with a letter of employent as proof
- Experience in your relevant sector with evidence of industry currency.
- Good public speaking and presentation skills to deliver training programs.
- Demonstrated ability in working co-operatively and effectively as a member of a team.
- Qualifications and or extensive industry experience within Hospitality
- Extensive experience working with Participants aged 18-55
- Strong organisational and administrative skills and experience
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common outcomes
- A current driver's license
