With a steady project pipeline, they are now seeking tostrengthen their commercial function with an experienced ContractAdministrator. Your new role As a ContractAdministrator, you will play a key role in overseeing procurement, cost controland contract administration across multiple residential projects. Workingclosely with estimating, construction and management teams, you will ensurelabour, materials and plant are procured efficiently and projects are supportedfrom preconstruction through to completion. This is a handson role withregular site engagement and exposure to the full build lifecycle. Keyresponsibilities include: Preparing and issuing quote packages and analysing subcontractor pricing Creating and managing purchase orders and supplier agreements Assessing progress claims and authorising payments Maintaining project registers, job files and reporting documentation Coordinating building and occupancy approvals and supporting documentation Monitoring project programs, budgets and cost performance Supporting site teams and attending regular site and project meetings What you'll need to succeed To be successfulin this role, you will bring proven contract administration experience withinthe construction sector, ideally across residential or commercial projects. You will alsohave: Strong knowledge of building approvals and certification processes Highlevel numeracy and contract administration skills Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Confident communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders Strong organisation skills and attention to detail A proactive, teamfocused approach Experience withinvolume residential or similar highoutput environments will be highly regarded.
