Your Responsibilities
* Front of House Leadership: Own the floor and act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients.
* The Pulse of the Salon: Master the art of \"Column Tetris.\" You understand service timings and can optimize a busy day to maximize productivity without burning out the team.
* Client Concierge: Deliver a premium, elevated experience from the first greeting to the final goodbye.
* Tactical Operations: Expertly handle bookings, drive retail sales, and solve daily operational puzzles with ease.
* Team Support: Act as the backbone for our 16 stylists, allowing them to focus on their craft while you seamlessly handle the flow.
About You We are looking for a \"people person\" who understands the unique rhythm of a hair salon.
* Hair Industry Experience (Essential): You have previous experience in a hair salon, either as a Coordinator or a former Stylist.
* Minimum Experience Required: You must have 2+ years of hair salon experience in a coordination or styling role.
* Highly Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure without losing your cool.
* Confident Communicator: You are warm, professional, and able to lead both the team and the clients.
* Proactive & Reliable: You take initiative and genuinely care about the client experience.
* Work Rights: You must have full Australian work rights and be legally entitled to work in Australia.
